Cheesey mashed Neeps


2 large white turnips, peeled and cubed

3 to 4 ounces Swiss cheese, grated

3 tablespoons butter

seasonings to taste

Boil turnips in salted water for about 30 to 35 minutes. Drain off water.
Mash with a potato masher.
Add butter, seasonings and cheese.
Mix until cheese starts to melt, then stop mixing.
Serve.
